"حافز": إيداع إعانة رمضان وارتفاع عدد المستفيدين هذا الشهر 2 %

أودع البرنامج الوطني لإعانة الباحثين عن العمل "حافز" أمس إعانة شهر رمضان المبارك في الحسابات البنكية للمستفيدين من البرنامج .
وكان مدير عام صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية إبراهيم بن فهد آل معيقل قد أعلن مؤخرا عن نية البرنامج تقديم موعد إيداع الإعانة الشهرية لشهر رمضان ليتم صرفها قبل عطلة عيد الفطر المبارك بدلا من موعد صرفها المعتاد في الخامس من كل شهر هجري.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة متزامنة مع قرار معالي وزير العمل المهندس عادل بن محمد فقيه بعدم إلزامية مستفيدي حافز من "تسجيل الدخول الأسبوعي" لمدة " 14 " يوما خلال عيدي الفطر والأضحى , وسبعة أيام بمناسبة اليوم الوطني .
وأكد مدير عام العلاقات العامة والإعلام والمتحدث الرسمي لصندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية سلطان السريّع أن عدد المستفيدين في شهر رمضان المبارك بلغ 1.365.391 مستفيدا بنسبة زيادة شهرية بلغت 2% مقارنة بمتوسط الزيادة خلال الأشهر الأربعة الماضية والبالغ 5 %.
وأشار إلى استقرار نسبة الإناث في البرنامج عند 86 % للشهر الرابع على التوالي، مبينا أن النسبة تخطت حاجز 90 % في منطقتي الرياض والشرقية بينما كانت في أقل مستوياتها ولم تتعد نسبتهن 75 % في مناطق جازان والجوف والحدود الشمالية.
وأوضح السريع أن 75 % من مستفيدي البرنامج يتركزون في مناطق مكة المكرمة والرياض والشرقية وعسير بينما لا تتجاوز نسبتهم في مناطق الباحة والجوف والحدود الشمالية ونجران وحائل عن 2 % من إجمالي المستفيدين ، لافتا النظر إلى أن الحاصلين على شهادة إتمام الثانوية العامة لايزالون الشريحة الغالبة لدى الجنسين وبلغت نسبتها 50 % بين الذكور و35 % بين الإناث وأن نسبة الحاصلين على شهادة البكالوريوس بين الذكور لم تتعد 4 % بينما بلغت نسبة الحاصلات عليها 26 % بين النساء.
ويعد البرنامج الوطني لإعانة الباحثين عن العمل "حافز" أحد التطبيقات العملية للأوامر الكريمة التي أصدرها خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود التي وجهت بإيجاد الحلول السريعة والفعالة لمساعدة الباحثين عن العمل ويديره صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية باشراف مباشر من وزارة العمل .
ويقوم البرنامج بصرف إعانة مالية شهرية مؤقته للباحثين عن العمل قدرها 2000 ريال لمدة 12 شهرا هجريا مع إعطاء الأولوية للتدريب والتأهيل والتوظيف من خلال خدمات مساندة.
ويساعد البرنامج على إنشاء أدق وأحدث قاعدة بيانات تفصيلية عن الأيدي العاملة الوطنية القابلة للتوظيف مما يسهل على القطاع الخاص استقطاب الموارد البشرية الوطنية وزيادة معدلات التوطين.
كما يمكن للباحثين عن العمل التقدم للتسجيل في البرنامج من خلال إرسال رسالة نصية قصيرة تحوي رقم الهوية الوطنية ورقم الجوال إلى الرقم 500200 أو بالتسجيل مباشرة على الموقع الالكتروني : www.hafiz.gov.sa , ويوفر حافز خدمات المساعدة والإرشاد والاعتراض للمسجلين والمستفيدين من خلال الاتصال على الرقم الموحد لمركز اتصال حافز 920011559.
